Pak-Suzuki blessed The Indus Hospital with a visit on Monday 28thÂ March 2016. The company donated a Suzuki Bolan van for the hospitalâ€™s use in a philanthropic gesture. MD Hirofumi Nagao was given a tour of the Hospital’s facilities, including ward and blood bank. Mr. Nagao concluded Pak-Suzukiâ€™s visit by awarding a 50 to 1 scale sized Suzuki key as a memento to Dr. Abdul Bari Khan to honor the Indus Hospitalâ€™s efforts in providing free health care to the people.

Celebrity actor and director Moammar Rana hosted his birthday at The Indus Hospital, February 2016. Mr. Rana was uninformed of the hospitalâ€™s existence, but when he brought in a patient and offered to pay in full he was pleasantly surprised to find out the hospital operated at no cost to the ailing. The Hospital would be allotted an 80 Kanal area of land for aÂ fully equipped Research hospital to be opened in Peshawar. KP Chief Minister Pervez Khatak arranged for an additional 20 Kanal to be dedicated to a fully fledged Neuro-Surgery department, making a total of 100 Kanal area of land.
